Fixed Line v Mobile

The fixed line solution is more cost effective (cheaper monthly charges and no need for additional equipment), simple to support and always available. It's proven and reliable, with over 90,000 users currently using the eziTracker fixed line service.

The main advantage of the mobile solution is the ability to receive updated care plans via the smart mobile phone, and the ability to send more detailed information on care visits over and above time & attendance data. The ability to verify visits when no land line phone is available is of course another benefit, though this problem can be overcome using a traditional fixed line solution and the eziTracker codebox.
