This means that eziTracker can act as a key link in a seamless integrated care management solution, offering customers full flexibility on software selection and allowing Commissioners and Providers to choose the combination of systems that best fit their particular needs.
Care Rostering
EziTracker’s real time interface uses industry standard web services to provide real time passing of data to and from rostering systems. The rostering system can load care plans and carer/client details allowing a carer to immediately start recording time. As visits are tracked the details are passed back to the rostering system for matching against care plans, alerting of missed visits and payroll and invoicing.
Case Management
Web service interfaces to leading social care systems seamlessly deliver client details and commissioned care to eziTracker hm with no manual intervention and a full audit trail. This information can be passed to the assigned provider via an interface to its rostering system. After the arbitration of actual visits v commissioned care approved visits can be passed to client invoicing and provider payment systems.
